Update on 30-Oct-03: These DNS issues should now be resolved and URLs or host names involving notes.net should now be working correctly. If you continue to see any DNS-related problems, please let us know using our feedback form.
Due to a DNS issue, the notes.net domain name is temporarily unavailable, so you cannot access Web addresses containing the name notes.net.
Also, this disruption of service affects native Notes access to servers Notes1 and Notes2.
As a workaround for any broken links caused by this problem, you can access any URL containing www.notes.net by replacing www.notes.net with www.lotus.com/ldd. For example, replace
www.notes.net/today.nsf
with
www.lotus.com/ldd/today.nsf
to access LDD Today.
To access any URL containing doc.notes.net, replace doc.notes.net with www-12.lotus.com/ldd/doc. For example, replace
doc.notes.net/domino_notes/6.5/readme.nsf
with
www-12.lotus.com/ldd/doc/domino_notes/6.5/readme.nsf
Also affected by this issue are the Domino Web Access and Domino Off-Line Services (DOLS) showcases, which are temporarily unavailable, and the email addresses webmaster@notes.net, professor_ini@notes.net, and ideas@notes.net.
