Susan Shaye

Susan is a Quality Engineering (QE) Manager at Iris, and works on the Notes.net team installing and monitoring the Unix systems. Every week, Susan produces a Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) report for all the servers on the Notes.net site.
In addition, Susan is responsible for two QE teams at Iris:
- System Simulation, where we do simulated server loads to stress the servers
- Install/Setup, where we do kit smoketests for R4.5x, R4.6x, and R5.0; install and setup feature testing; CD verification; and Web kit and incremental installer testing
Before coming to Iris in November 1997, Susan worked as a QE Manager for Lotus in the Notes Unix Development group.
Outside of work, Susan's main hobby is planning for her retirement!
