Detailed Description:
If you want to move people's mail files using the R5 Administration Process functionality but you haven't deployed R5 clients yet, use this LotusScript to create an Agent in the Administration Request Database. Make it a shared agent scheduled to run "If Documents are Created or Modified" on the Adminstration Server of the Public Address book. Customize the message to be sent to the person whose mail file is being moved -- strMessageToPersonalize in the NotifyTargetUser function -- telling them when you will remove their mail file from the old mail server. Sign the agent with Administration Server of the Public Address Book's Id.

After the "Replace Mail File Fields" Administration Request has been successfully processed, this agent sends mail to the affected person and creates a "Last Push to New Mail Server" request. In turn, an "Approve File Deletion" request is created which, when approved, removes the mail file from the old mail server.
