Converts TeamRoom databases created with the 4.x TeamRoom template (developed by the Lotus Institute) to the Lotus Notes Release 5.0 TeamRoom template.

Detailed Description:
Procedure:
  • Detach and extract the TRMigrate.ntf template to your local Notes data
    directory.
  • It is recommended that you make a backup copy of the TeamRoom database, including the design and all documents.
  • Highlight the database you want to convert
  • Select File--Database--Replace Design
  • Template Server: Local
  • Template name: Convert 4.1 TeamRoom
  • Click OK to replace the design of the database using the new TeamRoom design with the conversion utility.
  • When the conversion is complete, open the converted databaseSelect Actions--Convert TeamRoom 4.1 to new 5.0 designA message box will appear after the conversion, telling you howmany documents were converted.

This tool was included with the TeamRoom template in the Quarterly Maintenance Release 5.0.3, and will be in all future TeamRoom templates.
