Detailed Description:
This is the template Notes.net used for the Lotusphere 2001 celebration contest. It has the capability for users to submit contest entries/surveys tied to unique contest numbers. Administrators can then choose winners at random, and pick new winners if necessary.

The template was designed by Knowledge Resource Group, a Lotus Business Partner.
