User Review of Autonumbering database for sequential numbering in replicated applications

My numbering sequence is jumping all over the place using these Sequencing tool. What is going wrong? I pretty much did what was instructed but my numbers are jumping out of sequence. I get orders #0200 then #0201... then #203 ...Then #301...
Please Help!!! thank you!
