Detailed Description:
The attached zip file contains a sample database and JAVA files to accompany the developerWorks: Lotus article, "Business domain-driven Java class hierarchies for Domino."


Follow these steps to set up the sample files.
  1. Download the zip file and extract the Java source files and the Notes database to an appropriate directory.
  2. Copy the database acme.nsf to the data directory of a local Notes R5, Notes 6 , Domino R5, or Domino 6 server.
  3. Include the Notes.jar from the local Notes or Domino installation in the CLASSPATH environment variable.
  4. Include the local Notes or Domino program directory in the PATH environment variable.
  5. Use a supported Java SDK to compile and to start the example programs.
