User Review of ACL Scanner

First, thanks to create Notes app helping me to administer my Domino servers.
Here is my doubt:
I'm sure i'm Manager of so many databases on a specific server but "ACL Scanner" does not report me all databases in which i'm Manager??

I've got errors into errors report, like:

Cannot open database "Server Certificate Admin" from location "XXX.nsf". Continuing to next database.

or

Cannot get the ACL Handle "Design IT Applications Documentation" from location "folder\XXX.nsf". Continuing
to next database.

or

Database Server !!Folder\XXX.nsf has not been opened yet

Do you have any suggestion where the problem comes from?
