Detailed Description:
Complete Instructions for Setup are located in the "Using This Database" help function.

After configuring this database, place it on your server, and direct your web clients to it. It will challenge for their id and internet password, and direct them to their mail file without further interaction.

Works across multiple mail servers as well, although redirecting to another server crosses "realms" and will ask for the ID and password a second time.
