C++ API Toolkit 2.0 Guide

(Note that as of 12/10/1998, the number 2.0 refers to the latest version of the C++ API Toolkit. The latest product release is C++ API Release 2.0 for Notes 4.5, which means that applications built with it will work with Notes releases 4.5 and later.)
