I'm using IBM Notes on Windows 10. I've designed a form header to display important info that doesn't scroll off the screen.
It works fine when I open the document, but the header doesn't work in the preview pane. In other words, when I open the document the header doesn't scroll, but it is as if there wasn't a header at all when the document is open in the preview pane.
It is kinda important that the header functionality also work in the preview pane. I've looked at frame and frameset properties to make sure everything works.
Now the header in my mail file works fine in preview pane mode (in that it doesn't scroll), so I know it's possible... so what am I getting wrong?!
