We are using Lotus Notes Release 9.0.1 on Window 10 platform.
Our users facing issue when submitting lotus notes application. They get "lotus notes db error 4000 user defined error in script library at sub Worksendnotification"
User send form successfully, he gets a notification that it has been sent. Recipient get the email but later user get above error message then they click save button to save and close.
Any idea or suggestion would be helpful.
