Pretty lame. I would have thought there would be some "smart" programmers around that place who could figure a way to keep this database available - at least as a read only reference.
There is a still fair number of us developers out here maintaining legacy systems and maybe still writing new apps - who find this database very useful. But what is that in IBM's big scheme of things.
Did not seem right to let this happen and you (IBM) think it was no big deal. To at least one still out here, it is a very big deal.
