I noticed that this is an old thread... However, I am having the same problem I suppose.
Out of approx 100 people, 5 gets a different font size in their automatically generated mail signature. We all work in the same company and we all use the same version of Lotus Notes.
The HTML looks just fine, nothing out of the ordinary. I look at these 5 peoples signature, even tried adding them to my email, and they are ok.
But when they use the signature the font size shrinks about 2 poins.
