| Style | Busy rows | Choose a color that will shade the duration of a time-of-day based event when the user has time slots expanded. |
 | Day separators | Choose a color for the lines between the dates on the calendar view. |
| Today | Choose a color for the current selection of the day and number of the day of the month. |
| Show conflict marks | Shows a red line to the left of a time slot if two or more appointments are scheduled for the same time. |
| Font | Type | Modify font style, point size, or attribute of the following item:
- Time slots
- Header
- Day and date

| Time | Enable time slots | Shows successive times of day in a day block.
Deselect this option if time is irrelevant to the documents being displayed such as an event which spans a day or more. |
| Show bitmap | Allows the user to click on a small clock to show all the time slots for a particular day. This is a toggle which will expand all the time slots or show only the scheduled events. The menu choice is View -> Calendar -> Show time slots. |
| Start/end time | Defines the span of time slots displayed in the view. |
| Duration | Defines the duration of each time slot which ranges from 15 minutes to two hours. |
