You would not be able to install another LEI instance on the SAME Domino server. However, you could absolutely build another Domino server and host a new install of LEI on it, assuming you have a license for these products.
If so, you don't necessarily have to build a new server either - you could opt to load LEI onto one of your other existing servers, as well, if they can handle the extra load.
Once you have LEI running on a new server, it will need to be given access to the desired Domino server. You can build a Notes Connector to access Notes data, and then any other kind of connector and activity you like to build your application. However, you WILL require some access to this original Domino server in question; if your new server is locked out of the original server, then we can't access the data.
