Your Release information states you're on version 1.7 of the Lotus Connector for SAP. Support for connecting to ECC6 was not added until version 2.0 of the SAP Connector.
It sounds like it was previously working despite this discrepancy, but the fact that a further upgrade to an even later version of ECC6 has broken it has me immediately suspicious of version compatibility problems. I'd advise an upgrade to the Lotus Connector for SAP version 2.0 or 2.1.
Note that you'll need a compatible version of Domino to do so (Domino 8 or later).
