The Lotus Connector for SAP Solutions is *available* for both Unicode and non-Unicode. You would need to choose and install the one you want. You currently have nsap.dcx, not nsapu.dcx, so no - that installation would not be compatible.
Provided that nsap.dcx is the only SAP connector file on your machine, then I believe this is our issue. You do not have the correct librfc files to complete a connection of type "SAP" (nsap.dcx); and you do not have the SAP Connector installation necessary to create a connection of type "sapu" (nsapu.dcx).
Unless there's a further issue lurking, you should just need to bring these two halves in line with each other to get this going. Either install both Unicode types, or both non-Unicode types.
