LC LSX LC LSX - All Releases Windows

I have an onError trap prior to connecting to Oracle from Notes using LC LSX. Last night it appears that our Oracle instance went off-line. I don't know the specifics, but Oracle is not there.

In the Log.nsf file I see:
03/08/2018 12:47:16 AM AMgr: Agent ('LEIUpdateCustomerPN' in 'Kmc2\NumberDbs\KMCAllPartsEver.nsf') printing: [DEBUG - APE - LEIUpdateCustomerPN] LC10: RDBMS message: [Attach Server]ORA-12537: TNS:connection closed code #12537

The agent remains running but isn't doing anything...it's just stopped dead.

The Notes server runs 2 agent threads and when I get the 2nd of these errors, the threads are locked and no other scheduled agents run

When I log into the Notes console, I don't see any UI elements asking to be dismissed.

Why aren't the error traps working? Any idea how I can detect Oracle being off-line and abort the agent code?

Thanks for any help.
