Some commentary on these:
1. Use the IBM Datadirect 5.3.3 ODBC drivers instead. These are available from Passport Advantage, and were designed to work with LEI.
2. I don't know what you mean by "OLA" here. We just want to make sure you're using an LEI Connection to ODBC with your ODBC data source.
4a. You left off the most important detail - what bitness (32 or 64) is Domino/LEI? That's the bitness that must match the driver you are using.
4b. Make sure that your 32 and 64-bit DSNs do not have the same name. That can cause confusion when looking up the name. In fact, when you install the IBM ODBC drivers, only install the version that matches Domino/LEI's bitness, and only create a DSN with that ODBC version.
