The architecture of LEI and any connectivity software must match. Your old system had it set correctly, with everything at 32 bits, but in the new situation it's mismatched and will not work. I'm not as familiar with Microsoft Jet OLEDB, being an MS product, but I have to imagine that they must have a 64-bit option available - if so, definitely use that.
