With Notes R5, you can create Bookmarks to just about anything, such as databases, existing documents, views, and Web pages.
Did you also know you can create a Bookmark for new documents?
Let's try it with a mail message. In your mail database, create a new memo:
Now click and drag the New Memo task button to your Bookmark bar.
Whenever you want to create a new mail message, just click your New Memo Bookmark!
Note: You can put your "new document" Bookmarks anywhere, either on the Bookmark bar on inside your Bookmark folders. |
